INVITATION of NKCS COMMUNITY DAY 2024

In this moment filled with beauty and memories, we are approaching NKCS COMMUNITY DAY 2024. We will have the flea market this year and we hope to awaken the old items that have accompanied us through the flea market, giving them new life. Behind each item, there is a story, an emotion. In this familiar campus, we will not only exchange items, but also share our sentiments, reunite with old friends, and reminisce about the warmth and familiarity. Through this initiative, we hope to foster a culture of sustainability, reduce waste, and promote a sense of community engagement and support.

LOCATION: NKCS Rugby Field

01 BOOTH REGISTER

We are opening the booth applications to the entire NKCS community. Teachers, students, and parents from all school sections are welcome to claim a booth, bring your high-quality second-hand items, share your favorite daily essentials, and recommend your collection of books. Whether selling or exchanging, we hope that through this market, we can promote an "environmentally friendly, sustainable" lifestyle, allowing old items to be revitalized and sharing joy together!

Please scan the code to register, we will contact you within one working day after your registration.

Each booth costs 150 RMB, which includes a 50 RMB voucher and an event-exclusive custom picnic mat. (Please register your booth before 3 PM on November 15th!)

02 EVENT TICKETS

For those who ONLY want to browse on that day, whether you are a current student family, or an external family, you can scan the QR code below to register.

Early Bird Ticket: 60 RMB (before November 20th), which includes a 50 RMB voucher, a limited-edition custom badge, and one free drink coupon.

03 SPONSORS

We sincerely invite external community friends to join our Community Day. You can either register for a booth or sponsor our event.

External Booth Registration Fee: 1000RMB

Event Sponsorship: based on the amount of sponsorship, entitles you to more on-site booth space and multiple opportunities for brand exposure both online and offline. At the same time, we adopt "environmental protection and sustainability" as the theme of the event, and we hope that participating merchants can also participate in our themed activities in unique ways!

04 CHARITY DONATIONS

If you are willing to contribute to charity, you are welcome to donate second-hand books, toys, or any useful items (please note that we do not support second-hand clothing collection). We will organize and categorize all donated items and set up a dedicated charity booth for sale during the NKCS Community Day. All proceeds will be donated through a third-party charity organization. Donation collection boxes will be set up at the south, north, and west gates of the school. You can directly place your second-hand items in the collection boxes. Thank you for your contribution to charity.

05 KCIS OPEN DAY

On this special day, we also welcome parents and children from outside the school to join our diverse and loving learning community.
