The new semester has begun, and we are delighted to welcome all our new families to the KCIS community! To help our new students and parents become familiar with school life, we held a New Parent Orientation on the morning of March 4, followed by the excitement of the first day of school on March 5.
During the presentation in the Lecture Theatre, our leadership team shared insights into the key pillars of your students' daily life at school:
Daily Routines – From morning greetings to end-of-day transitions, we
create a steady rhythm that fosters security and belonging.
Academic Curriculum – Rooted in inquiry-based learning, we nurture
critical thinking and independent learners.
Assessment System – Combining formative and summative assessments, we
celebrate each child's progress and unique strengths.
Pastoral Care – Every child is seen, heard, and supported—we care for
their hearts as much as their minds.
Extended Learning Programs – From arts to sports, from technology to
languages, we help children discover their passions.
Home-School Communication – Open, transparent, and timely—the best
education happens when home and school are in harmony.
Following the presentations, parents and students gathered in classrooms for meaningful conversations with homeroom teachers. From each child's personality and daily habits to classroom dynamics and growth aspirations, these face-to-face exchanges built trust and strengthened the partnership between home and school.
On March 5, the first day of school, our students walked through the gates with bright smiles—their joyful faces were the most beautiful sight on campus. Let's cherish these moments together.
A new semester marks a fresh start. We wish every student at KCIS days filled with curiosity, dreams to chase, and the courage to explore, try, and grow.
Thank you for entrusting us with your children. We look forward to walking this path together.
